 As a special trade, we have an informal training policy.  If a formal policy should be required, we will use one approved by the AGC or an approved U.S. Dept. of Labor policy.

 At this time all training takes place by working with existing Company employees.  We do not distinguish employees by classifications, unless required by Davis-Bacon reports.
